   Параметры файла настроек:
   0 выкл, 1 вкл
   DeletePaper - удалять бумагу после распаковки. По умолчанию отключено;
   UsePercentQuality - включаем, если хотим получать качество патронов как у упаковки.
   UsePercentQuantity - включаем, если хотим настраивать процент получаемых патронов.
   Ну и тут настраиваем:
   STATE_PRISTINE_MIN  минимальный % кол-ва патронов для состояния НЕТРОНУТО;
   STATE_PRISTINE_MAX максимальный % кол-ва патронов для состояния НЕТРОНУТО;
   STATE_WORN_MIN минимальный % кол-ва патронов для состояния ПОНОШЕНО;
   STATE_WORN_MAX максимальный % кол-ва патронов для состояния ПОНОШЕНО;
   STATE_DAMAGED_MIN минимальный % кол-ва патронов для состояния ПОВРЕЖДЕНО;
   STATE_DAMAGED_MAX максимальный % кол-ва патронов для состояния ПОВРЕЖДЕНО;
   STATE_BADLY_DAMAGED_MIN минимальный % кол-ва патронов для состояния СИЛЬНО ПОВРЕЖДЕНО;
